Is shipping discreet?

All items are send out in a discreet packaging. The name of the store is not mentioned and the actual contents of the package are not mentioned, so don't worry about your neighbors or prying roommates!

What is the processing time of the packages before being sent?

Due to high demand, the processing of the products may vary. Your package is expected to be delivered to the post office in 3-6 business days!

How long will it take to receive my order?

- International orders can expect their packages to arrive between 10 and 50 business days, depending on the location and customs laws of each country. As a reminder, packages sometimes experience delivery delays (due to the consequences of the pandemic, temporary seizures at customs...) that are beyond our control.

• The knives usually take a little longer to arrive (from 20 to 60 working days) since they have to be sent with a special transport company.

• If you plan to give one of our products as a gift or holiday gift (such as the Christmas season), we do not recommend purchasing the item during the same month. There is a risk that the item may not arrive on time. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive before the specified dates.

What happens if I have entered a wrong address?

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses and therefore undeliverable packages for this reason. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and the package can be delivered.

Are your products allowed in my country?

Please contact your local law enforcement for product laws in your country. As each country has different laws, we cannot advise you. When ordering from Hello Kinky, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country/region.

We are also not responsible for the seizure of packages at customs for products prohibited in your country.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for customs fees of items shipped to international locations. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may receive custom fees when they arrive in your country.

For EU customers: VAT/VAT is included in the final purchase price of your products so you will not pay this tax on customs. However, other possible fees are excluded and we cannot take responsibility for them.
