Refund policy
First of all, if you want to return an item you must make sure that it meets the return conditions written below. Once you confirm that, send us an email (hello.kinky.999@gmail.com) and we will provide you with the returns address.
Conditions:
- You can return the products during a period of 20 days after you have received your package/packages (we will base it on the delivery date of the tracking number).
- All products of a sexual nature must be returned in their original packaging and unused for hygiene reasons. Sexual products received at our headquarters without the hygiene seal and/or used cannot be reimbursed and will be seized.
- The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and customs costs.
- All sales are final. A refund of the amount will not be made, but a discount coupon will be given for the amount of the product without counting the shipping costs.
Products that arrive damaged due to transport:
To accept the replacement of the damaged product you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order (we will base it on the delivery date of the tracking number). Contact us via email (hello.kinky.999@gmail.com) providing us with photos of the damaged product, product packaging and package packaging to facilitate the process. Once these images are accepted, a replacement product will be sent. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a discount coupon for the value of the product and its shipping costs.
Orders lost during transport:
We do not consider any package "lost or undelivered" until after 8 weeks. In our experience, it almost always arrives safely. Once that time has passed, if it has not arrived yet, a replacement of the product will be sent. If the product is no longer in stock, a discount coupon will be obtained for the value of the product and its shipping costs.
Returned packages:
We are not responsible for returned packages, as this is beyond our control.
Additionally, we are not responsible for packages that:

Were not picked up from the post office within the specified time.

Could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Were not delivered because customs duties were not paid.

Were not delivered due to theft.
If the customer wants to recover their returned package, they will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
Order cancellations
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations of orders already placed as it is most likely that we have already processed them.
Tracking Number
If the tracking number of the package shows that the package is "delivered" or "has not been picked up"), we are not responsible for making a refund since it is something that is beyond our responsibility.
